Wunder Hunter

We ditched CVs and recruited on drive

In an industry that lacks diversity of thought, we knew we had to create an entry level talent scheme like no other. This campaign showed us how people thought, not just the contents of their CV. We led the creative and design team through concept, into production and deployment, and sniffed out Wunder Hunters from around the UK. After an experience day in the office, three true Wunder Hunters were then uncovered and hired into a permanent role at Wunderman.
